Welcome to the Adult Outlet returns policy, where we keep things fun, fresh, and fair! We know that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, so we're here to make returns as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Our Golden Rule: Sealed with a Kiss

1. Sealed with Love: If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order and the item is still in its original condition; meaning the item is still factory sealed and unused, with tags attached, just let us know! We'll be happy to offer a full refund. After all, we want you to love what you buy.

2. Unsealed and Revealed: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Once that seal is broken, it's yours to keep! Think of it as a very personal relationship – once you’ve unwrapped the magic, it’s yours forever. Drop us a line if you are unsure about sizing, materials, etc. before you buy. Otherwise, we suggest you pop into a physical retail store near you before you buy, if you want to see the item before you commit to purchasing. We are very strict on our policy of no returns for opened/used items for a change in mind.

How to Make a Return

1. Drop Us a Line: Shoot us an email at help@adultoutlet.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We're all ears!

2. Pack It Up: If your item is eligible for return, we will ask you to send it back to us in its original, unopened packaging. Make sure it's secure and ready for its journey back to us. We suggest you use a tracked service with recorded delivery for your protection.

3. Send It Back: Pop it in the mail, and once we receive it and inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Easy peasy!

Faulty Items

• 6 Month Warranty: If your item becomes faulty within 6 months' of purchase, we’ve got you covered! Let us know, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund once we receive it back an inspect it for a fault. Items that are damaged due to neglect, misuse, or for any other reason outside of an item developing a manufacturer's fault are not covered under this Warranty. We will provide you with a paid returns label.

• Extended Manufacturer's Warranty: Many of the brands we stock offer an extended manufacturer's warranty. Check your product’s packaging and/or the manufacturer’s website for details on how to register to ensure you are protected and covered by the Manufacturer.
